Follow a two hour Refresher course and refresh specific knowledge of the certification training.

These refresher courses are specifically designed for selecting new people and developing employees. During the certification training, the participant gets to know all the available reports, the purpose they can be used for, how they can interpret the reports in daily practice and the trainer helps the participants with practical examples and questions. These courses are a refresher of this knowledge, specifically aimed at Selection or Development.

Selection Refresher

After the course:

  • you can develop with employees on function-specific behaviour, their own talents and Learning Agility.
  • you will know how to choose the right development methods for the practice of your employees.
  • you will be able to use the results of a report to conduct a good development interview.
  • you will be able to get the best out of your employees.
